Horseradish festival is the first weekend of June on the Friday and Saturday. There is a bloody mary contest, we usually win.
BBQ festival is the last weekend of July on the Friday and Saturday. There’s always amazing street meat from all the vendors since it is a competition.
Italianfest is every September downtown Collinsville, IL closes Main Street for the weekend for Italian fest. Venders fill the streets with bands, shops, food, drinks, and more. Sloan’s will have a DJ at 10 pm both Friday and Saturday night until 2 am.
Black Out Wednesday is the Wednesday before Thanksgiving. Unofficial Holiday and probably one of the most wild nights of the year.
